Activities Day – Friday 11th July 2025 – Cinema, Aspects, Longwell Green (Selected Students Only)   

Dear Parents/Carers

We are delighted to confirm your child’s place on the Cinema Trip to see Elio on Friday 11^th July 2025.

Students will need to arrive at the Academy at 8.30am and go to the Year 7 Canteen for registration.

We will be leaving the site at 9.00am and returning before 3pm for the usual end of Academy Day.

We will be walking to the venue, therefore, students will need to wear comfortable clothing, waterproof coat/shoes and bring a water bottle.

To ensure that we have all the relevant information, please complete the Essential Information and Medical Form (if you have not done so already) by Friday 27^th June 2025.

This trip is a package, therefore, students will have sweets and refreshments included but should they want to, they will have time to purchase refreshments ahead of going into the Cinema. Please ensure that students have spending money if this is something which they would like to do,
