Hanham Woods Academy Ski Trip February Half Term: Friday 14th February – Saturday 22nd February 2025
Further to our letter with regards to the launch of the Ski Trip 2025, click here for letter to help families manage the payment of the two deposits for the ski trip in 2025, we have managed to negotiate an extension for the 2nd deposit of £200. The new deadline will now be Friday 1st March.
To confirm:-
The total cost of the trip is £1397.
The deadline for the first deposit (non-refundable**) of £200 will be Friday 1st December 2023.
The deadline for the second deposit will be Friday 1st March 2024
Please note that both deposits are non-refundable**
Further details of the payment structure for the remaining balance will be shared once your child’s place on the trip has been confirmed.

* Your child’s place on this ski trip is dependent on their continued good behaviour at the Academy. Students will not be permitted to attend if there are behaviour, attendance or coursework concerns. The Academy reserves the right to remove students from the trip.
** Once your child has a confirmed place on the trip, the deposit is non-refundable.
