Industrial Action Update – Student Arrangements
Dear Parents and Carers
Since my last letter, we have been taking steps to address behavioural issues, including inviting NEU representatives to meet with us again today at 1:30pm. We continue with the process of reviewing our systems and processes, clarifying roles and expectations, and providing additional training for both leadership and teaching staff. This work will, alongside ongoing engagement with staff and union representatives, continue the work of improving the school as we seek to address the specific concerns raised by the NEU.
We remain committed to working constructively together to resolve the situation and to make further improvements where needed. Our aim is to bring this matter to a positive conclusion as soon as possible. In the meantime, arrangements for Thursday and Friday will be as follows:

The expectation for Year 10 is that they will be on site when they have a timetabled exam and remain studying at home when they do not have a timetabled exam. If this poses a problem for your family please contact the school directly, and we will endeavour to support.
I appreciate that this may cause some disruption to family routines, and I am grateful for your patience and understanding as we work through this situation.
Yours sincerely
Mrs Kath Cooper | Senior Principal
