Macbeth Trip – Thursday 1st February 2024 – Final Update (Selected Students ONLY)
Dear Parents/Carers
I am writing with a final update/reminder regarding the forthcoming trip to the Bristol Old Vic on Thursday, 1st February 2024 to see Macbeth.
The performance starts at 2.30pm, and we will leaving the Academy by coach at 1.15pm. We will be returning at the end of the performance and should be back at Hanham Woods Academy by 5.30pm.
Students will need to wear full Academy uniform and must conform to Academy rules throughout the trip. Under no circumstances are students to leave the venue unless instructed to by a member of staff. Please remind your child that they must remain in the building throughout the performance and interval.
There will be an opportunity to purchase refreshments, although the venue is cashless. Students are welcome to bring a small snack and drink if they prefer.
Please ensure you have completed the medical form for your child prior to Thursday 1st February.
