Mary Poppins Jr Rehearsal and Performance Arrangements (Selected Students Only)
Dear Parents and Carers,
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with the details for the rehearsal and performance arrangements for Mary Poppins Jr which your child has been involved in.
Students will be required for the following dates and times:

Important Information
- Students will need to go to Tutor Time
- Students will receive the same break & lunch time; however on the days where there are matinee performances, students will need to eat their lunch in the Drama Studio – we will be taking students over in advance of the bell so that there is no delay in them purchasing food
- Students must bring a water bottle
- Students must arrive to the Academy at 6.15pm (no later) in preparation for the evening performances. Audience members can wait in the Foyer from 6.30pm, doors will be open from 6.45pm
- Students will need to be collected from the Foyer at the end of the evening performances. If your child is walking home, please can you advise us by emailing Rachel.linnegar@clf.uk. No child will be allowed to leave the Academy unless they are collected or we receive notification from parents/carers stating that you give consent for your child to walk home or be collected by another parent or carer.
Tickets for evening performances are still available on SCOPAY at £6 per person for you to purchase.
We will also be taking professional photographs during rehearsals, which will be used widely within the CLF. If you would prefer for your child not to be in these photographs, please could you let Rachel Linnegar know by the end of the day on Friday 20th March 2026.
If you have any questions or concerns, please email Rachel.linnegar@clf.uk.
Thank you so much for your support throughout the rehearsal period as well as the much-needed support from you to ensure that the performances go well. We look forward to seeing you at the performances next week.
Yours Sincerely
Rachel Linnegar | Head of Music
