Poetry Live – Bath Forum – Monday 22nd January 2024
Dear Parent/ Carer,
Just a note about the upcoming trip to the Bath Forum for the Poetry Live event on Monday 22nd January.
We should be leaving the school at around 9.00 so your child should attend tutor time as normal. After tutor they should head straight to the bicycle shed.
We will be return to Hanham Woods Academy at around 4.15 pm.
Your child will need to bring a packed lunch and water. If they receive free school meals a lunch will be provided for them. They could also bring some cash so that they can buy snacks or ice cream in the breaks.
Students must wear school uniform or they will not be allowed to attend the event.
Students must not leave the venue at any time.
