Scopay Update 2

Dear Parents/Carers

Further to my letter dated 19th September 2023 regarding the issues we were experiencing with Scopay, particularly relating to students purchasing food/drink at break/lunch,I am pleased to inform you that these issues have now been resolved.  You can now upload money to your child’s account in the normal way using Scopay – please do ensure that you receive email confirmation that the money has been uploaded.  If you do not receive this confirmation, then please also check your bank statement to ensure the money has not left your account.  It may be that you will need to try to upload again.

In order to ensure that you have the opportunity to load funds on to your child’s account, we will continue to allow students to have lunch, even if their account is showing in debt, until close of play on Thursday (21st September).

From Friday 22nd September 2023, students will not be allowed to purchase food unless their account is showing in credit.
