Student Portal Activation

Dear Parents and Carers,

Student Portal app

We are pleased to introduce the Student Portal app; a new digital platform designed to enhance communication and support your child’s learning journey.
The Student Portal provides students with secure access to key information including:

• Timetables
• Homework assignments
• Attendance records
• Assessment results
• School notices and messages

This app empowers students to take greater ownership of their education, while also helping parents stay informed and engaged with their child’s progress.

We encourage you to explore the app together with your child and reach out to us if you have any questions or need support with setup.

It is important that you set up your child sets up their account as homework will be set and accessible on the student portal which will has replaced Show My Homework – SMHW (Satchel:One app).

Login details are secure, so we can only send them to your school email address. Your childs email address is the username that they use to access the school computers.

Your child can access the “Student Portal” on a computer or as an app which they can download onto their smartphone or tablet.

All students will have an allocated time to set up their accounts within school time to ensure that they have activated it and have the support they need to do this.

Y10 and Y11 – Students will activate their accounts week commencing 29th September

Y7, Y8 and Y9 – Students will activate their accounts week commencing 6th October
