The Blunt Truth Workshop (Year 8 ONLY) – Tuesday 16th April 2024

Dear Parent / Carer,

The NHS and Avon and Somerset Police have collaborated on a workshop called The Blunt Truth which aims to encourage young people to report to the police, their school or through FEARLESS (the youth arm of CrimeStoppers) if they suspect that someone they know is carrying a knife or a weapon, in order to prevent assaults involving knives or weapons from ever taking place.

On Tuesday 16th April 2024 Avon and Somerset Police and Great Western Ambulance are coming in to the Academy to run this workshop with Year 8 all day.
