Year 11 Parent’s Evening – Thursday 26th March 2026 – 4pm to 7pm – (In Person)
We are pleased to invite you and your child to our Y11 Parents’ Evening. The is an opportunity to meet with your child’s subject teachers and discuss your child’s PPE Exam performance and targets for further improvement. It is an important part of our Academy calendar, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming you in person on this evening. Appointments start at 4pm and will finish at 7pm.
To support a purposeful and informative discussion with subject teachers your child will receive their progress check certificate including their PPE grades and predicted grades ahead of the evening.

Appointment bookings open on Tuesday 17th March at 18:00 and will close on Thursday 26th March 2026 at 12pm.
Appointments are scheduled on a first come first served basis, therefore, we would encourage you to do this as soon as is possible to avoid disappointment. We would also encourage you to try and leave one slot between each appointment to ensure you can get to your next appointment on time.
On the evening itself, you will receive a summary of your child’s current grades, predicted grades and additional information around attendance, behaviour points and their current Prom status. Students are aware that the ticket to Prom must be earned and is not an entitlement and so we have a 3-colour system.
Green – Full access to Prom
Amber – At risk. This will be reviewed fortnightly between now and the summer exams.
Red – Not currently eligible to attend Prom. This can change and is constantly reviewed.
