Year 7 Photography Exhibition and Meet the Tutor Evening

Dear Parent/Carers

We are delighted to invite Year 7 students and families to our Year 7 Photography Exhibition and Meet the Tutor evening which is taking place on Thursday 28th September from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. This year we have changed the format of the evening to celebrate the work of students. It is an informal event to see the work and meet key staff. 

Across this term, Year 7 have been working on a project in PSHE, learning more about their local community and this event will showcase this work. We have been really impressed with the creative work students are producing and are very excited about sharing this with you. We would like Year 7 students and their families to attend to see the exhibition and you will also be able to meet their tutor and other key staff. 

We will also be sharing a Parent/Carer handbook at the event and you will be able to receive a short data report of how students are doing with attendance, behaviour and reward points.  

Key information about the event: 

1. Please book a 30 minute slot to attend the exhibition using the following link: Year 7 Exhibition Tickets

1. Attend with your Year 7 student who will guide you around the exhibition and introduce you to their tutor 

1. Meet other key staff including Ms Barnes, Academic Head of Year, Mrs Smith, Pastoral Leader for Year 7 and Ms Wolyn PSHE Leader as well as other members of SLT 

1. Pick up key information and share any questions you may have.
