Year 9 Parents’ Evening – Thursday 5th February – 4:00pm – 7:00pm

We are pleased to invite you to our Year 9 Parents’ Evening, which will take place on Thursday 5 February from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

This event follows the Year 9 Options Evening held on 22nd January and provides a valuable opportunity for you to meet with your child’s subject teachers. Appointments will focus on your child’s current attainment, progress and will support you in making informed decisions ahead of the GCSE options process.

Parents’ Evening is an important part of our Academy calendar, and we very much look forward to welcoming you to the Academy with your child on the evening.

Booking Appointments

All appointments must be booked electronically via MCAS (MyChildAtSchool).

Booking opens: Monday 26 January 2026 at 6:00pm
Booking closes: Thursday 5 February at 12:00pm

Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly encourage early booking to avoid disappointment. Please note that we recommend not using the Quick Book feature when scheduling your appointment.

When selecting appointments, we recommend prioritising the following subjects:

English
Mathematics
Science
Only the subjects your child is considering studying at GCSE in Years 10 and 11

To help appointments run smoothly, we also advise leaving one free slot between bookings to allow sufficient time to move between meetings.
