Academy Netball Club Tour: 25th to 27th April 2025 (Selected Students Only)
Dear Parents/Carers
Please find below a few updates regarding the netball tour Friday 25th to Sunday 27th April 2025.
Parent Meeting – Wednesday 19th March 5.00pm
We would like to invite you and your child to attend a Parent Meeting on Wednesday 19th March 2025 to share further information regarding the trip and a proposed itinerary of activities, clothing and equipment required. This will also be a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the trip.
Travelling to and from PGL
We will now be travelling to PGL Swindon with Eagle Coaches. Accurate timings of departure and return will be given out nearer the time when we have more details from PGL. Travel costs have been included in the regular payments detailed below.
Clothing
As previously stated, there is the option to purchase clothing for the tour. This is a T-Shirt that can be worn for training and matches at PGL and a hoody to be worn during the weekend. There is no expectation that either item is purchased and girls who attended before can use their clothing from last time, as the T-shirt will remain the same. Please pay online via SCOPAY with what you would like to purchase and fill in the form online with your chosen sizes and the initials (max 3) your child would like on any items. The deadline to purchase clothing is Friday 7th March 2025. Clothing size details are below.

Payments
Please see reminder of the payment schedule below; full payment is due by 28th March 2025. We have now paid second deposits to PGL, and any further withdrawal from the trip will incur a larger cost than the initial deposit. As always, if you are having any difficulties making payments, please get in contact so that we are able to offer support where possible.
