Activities Day: Friday 11th July 2025

Dear Parent/Carer

We are delighted to inform you that we are planning our Activities Day on Friday 11th July 2025. This year we are offering 3 external trips as well as a variety of activities taking place on site, such as hiring inflatables into the Academy. 

The external trips we are offering are, Bowling (including a meal deal) at Aspects in Longwell Green, Cinema at Aspects in Longwell Green and Ninja Warriors Assault Course in Cribbs Causeway. 

We will be looking at students’ attendance and net behaviour points to determine which students will be eligible for one of our off-site excursions. Students will need 95% attendance or above and 300+ net behaviour points. 

We will endeavour to keep costs for the external trips to a minimum, however, this does depend on the uptake of students. Our initial projections for the trips are outlined below: 

• Bowling – £10.50 
• Cinema – £5.99 
• Ninja Warriors – £25.50 

We will be selecting students for the off-site trips at the start of Term 6 and will be in touch with you with further information shortly afterwards.
