Activities Day - OFF SITE Provision - Friday 11th July 2025 (Selected Students Only)

Dear Parent/Carer

We are delighted to inform you that your child is eligible for one of our off-site excursions due to having strong attendance and top net behaviour points.

Our Activities Day is on Friday 11th July. This year we are offering 3 external trips – We will endeavour to keep costs for these external trips to a minimum; however, this does depend on the uptake of students. Our initial projections for the trips are outlined below:

Bowling (including a meal deal) at Aspects in Longwell Green – Cost £10.50
Cinema at Aspects in Longwell Green – Cost £5.99
Ninja Warriors Assault Course (including a meal deal) in Cribbs Causeway – Cost £25.50

If you would like your child to attend one of these trips, please pay the projected cost via SCOPAY in full and complete the Essential Information & Medical Form using the form below:

Please note, we have limited spaces for each trip, therefore it is essential that payment is made for your child’s trip prior to completing the essential information.

Deadline for payments and completion of the form is Friday 20th June at 3pm.
