Attendance Survey

Dear Parent/Carers

We want to hear from parents/carers in South Gloucestershire whose child is finding it particularly challenging to attend school due to emotional factors like anxiety and distress.  Complete this survey from the University of Bristol Trainee Educational Psychologists to give your voice to inform how the local authority supports children, young people and families experiencing school attendance barriers. We are running this survey in partnership with the South Gloucestershire Educational Psychology Service and the South Glos Parent Carer Forum.

We want to hear from you if:

• You live in South Gloucestershire
• You are parent or carer of a child who is struggling to attend school due to anxiety or distress
• This survey will close on the 28th of April 2022 or earlier if enough responses are collected before this date.
