FACE Social Club – Social Club for Young People with SEND
Dear Parents/Carers
Please find attached a flyer for a social club for young people aged 8-13 with SEND. The organisation have also shared the following information
We run fun activities and young people have an opportunity to access a ‘youth work’ offer with additional support as needed. We participate in arts and crafts, sporting and cooking activities and young people have plenty of opportunity to develop communication and interpersonal skills as well as friendships. We can accommodate only 15 young people so we ask that parents contact us first to avoid disappointment! We do run a waiting list where needed.
Once young people reach 13, they can join our senior groups- Hangout and Epic. Both these clubs are for young people with SEND and offer a nurturing environment where young people can achieve (South Gloucestershire Award/ Volunteering Award, ASDAN and D of E).
