Hanham Woods Academy Food Bank and Baby Bank

Dear Parents, Carers and Friends of HWA

Thank you very much for all of the donations we have received so far for the HWA Food Bank. These essential items are being used to provide our families with food parcels during this difficult time.

We still continue to require items to complete boxes to provide for families within the coming weeks. In particular we need:

  • Tinned items – beans, tuna, soup etc
  • Biscuits and ‘treat items’
  • Tea and coffee
  • Toiletries – toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, shower gel, shampoo
  • Washing powder/liquid
  • Washing up liquid
  • Cleaning items

We are also excited to be working in partnership with the Bristol Baby Bank, based in Fishponds. We will now be an authorised donation point so items from the list below can be bought into the Academy and passed onto them via us.
