Parent Councillor Election
Dear Parent/Carer
Following my letter of 4th October 2022, the Academy has received 3 nominations for the role of Parent Councillor. An election will now take place. Please find below a link to a a ballot form which must be completed and submitted by 5pm on Friday 11th November 2022.
The total of votes each parent or carer may cast equates to the number of vacancies for parent governors on the governing body. In this election, parents/carers may each cast 1 vote, regardless of the number of children you have in the Academy.
A short message from each person standing for election is given below for your consideration.

I am a governor at Christchurch School, and have been for seven years, and a trustee of a charity for four years. I am a Chartered Management Accountant, and currently work as a part-time Examinations Invigilator at a secondary school. I am a member of Bath Elim Church. I currently have two children at the Academy, and I would like them – and all children – to do well. If elected, I would show the same high level of commitment that I show in my current roles, and wish to contribute in some way to the Academy’s continuing success.
