SCOPAY – Student Account History and Balances

Dear Parents/Carers

Further to recent communications regarding SCOPAY and student balances, please be aware that whilst the issues have now been resolved, there remains a technical issue, resulting in a discrepancy on your child’s SCOPAY account history.

Unfortunately the transactions between 19th July and 14th September 2023 are missing from student accounts – any payments or spends made in the canteen during this period have not been recorded on SCOPAY; therefore, you will be unable to see them.  We have been informed by SCOPAY that we are unable to make any adjustments for retrospective transactions. 

Importantly, please note that the balance showing on your child’s SCOPAY account is correct and agrees with what appears at the till in the canteen.
