Warm Weather – Friday 17th June 2022

Dear Parents/Carers,

You will be aware that the weather is improving and the temperature is forecast to increase tomorrow (Friday 17th June). 

As a result, we are recommending that students ensure they have with them: 

• a re-fillable water bottle that they fill up regularly throughout the day at break and lunch 
• sun cream and sun hat (if they have PE or intend to access the fields/astro at lunch time) 

Students are expected to be in full uniform with the only exceptions being: 

• no Academy jumper required 
• no Academy tie required (top button of shirt can be undone) 

The exceptions to uniform stated above are for Friday 17th June only. 

We will also ensure classroom windows are open and blinds are used to allow good ventilation. This will manage the temperature in classrooms.
