Year 10 Assessment Weeks – Parent/Carer Update

Dear Year 10 Parents/Carers,

You will be aware from the recently shared Year 10 assembly (link below) that during week 5 and 6 of this term your child will be set some assessments via Show My Homework (SMHW). We want to reassure you and your child that these assessments are nothing to be worried about. They have been carefully created by subject teachers to allow them to provide feedback upon the learning that has taken place since Term 1.

Your child will be receiving revision tasks from their teachers currently to support them in preparing, however, it is important to note that all of the work that they have completed to date in lockdown has also been a preparation for these assessments.
