Year 11 Parents Evening, including Progress Checks and Potential Set Changes

Dear Year 11 Parents/Carers, 

We would like to invite you to attend an online parents evening on Thursday 25th March 2021 to discuss your child’s progress . 

To access the online booking system, please click  Parents Evening Booking System where you will be asked to enter your details to access appointments. Once logged in you will have to select the most convenient appointment available with your son/daughter’s teachers.  

Appointment bookings open on Friday 12th March 2021 at 3pm and are scheduled on a first come first served basis; therefore, we would encourage you to do this as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.   Once you have made appointments, you will receive an email confirming the appointments you have made. Should you wish to make any changes after this date or you do not have access to the internet, please contact Main Reception who will be happy to add/amend appointments on your behalf. 

In preparation for this evening, during week commencing 25th March 2021 you will receive in the post your child’s latest progress check, which you will then be able to discuss in your parents evening appointments.    The progress check you receive will not have current or predicted GCSE grades on it. If you require these for college applications, please refer to your progress check in Term 2.

Mr Kneller will also be hosting a Year 11 Parents ‘Awarding of GCSE Grades’ information event on Wednesday 24th March 2021 at 6:00pm.  This event will be held using Microsoft Teams and to access this, please click on the link below when the event is due to begin. 

Year 11 Virtual Parents Evening

The live event will cover all aspects of the rationale and process for awarding your child’s GCSE grades this summer and provide an opportunity to ask questions.
