Dear Parents/Carers
The following is the time when your child is requested to attend the Academy site for their Year 8 HPV Vaccination. Wherever possible, please arrive at your designated time and not any earlier or later.
ALL STUDENTS BEING VACCINATED SHOULD ENTER THROUGH THE SIDE GATE BY RECEPTION
Vaccinations will be taking place in the Fitness Studio.
