Year 9 Parents’ Evening – 4th February 2021

Dear Parents/Carers

We would like to invite you to attend an online parents’ evening on Thursday 4th February 2021.

To do this, please visit https://hanhamwoods.schoolcloud.co.uk where you will be asked to enter your details to access appointments.  Once logged in you will have to select the most convenient appointment available with your son/daughter’s teachers.

Appointment bookings are now open and are scheduled on a first come, first served basis, therefore, we would encourage you to do this as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.  Bookings close at 4pm on Wednesday 3rd February 2021.

Once you have made appointments, you will receive an email confirming the appointments you have made.  Should you wish to make any changes after this date, or you do not have access to the internet, please contact the Academy Reception on 0117 440 8900 who will be happy to add/amend appointments on your behalf.
